Basic Integration Services Manager


About the Job

Ability to define, design and implement the complete service management solution covering people, processes and tools aspects required to set up Service Integration Framework
• Strong understanding of ways of working, cross-vendors SLAs/OLAs in a multi-vendor environment
• Ability to build and run process governance framework in a multi-vendor environment in agreement with customer and vendors
• Ability to interact and interface with business as well as technical organization for strategic and functional requirement gathering to build an appropriate operating model
• Effective listening, writing and presentation skills to drive concise and persuasive communication with all levels within the organization – executive, functional and operational
• Excellent conflict management skills to address and resolve conflicting views to ensure strong and smooth relationship between customer and vendors
• SIAM Foundation / Professional, ITIL Certified
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2
10- 15 years of relevant experience
